SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

We accept SMS messaging as form of communication between broker and customers. Orders are not valid until confirmed by a broker. Standard messaging rates will apply. You may Opt-In to SMS text messaging via electronic signature upon request or you can visit our website at www.midwestmarketmanagement.com and fill out the contact form. SMS consent or phone numbers for SMS are not shared. Nevertheless, by providing us your phone number, you agree to receive SMS marketing mobile messages and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchases from Midwest Marketing Management, Inc.  Please be sure to check the box if you would like to “Opt-In”. You may Opt-Out of SMS text messaging at anytime by replying “STOP”. We will only use information you provide when “opting in” to mobile messaging to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. User Opt Out and Additional Commands: To opt out (discontinue participation), reply “STOP” or reply to any of our mobile messages from your mobile device. This is the easiest and preferred method to opt out of the program. Or you may contact us directly via other means and clearly communicate your intent to unsubscribe from the SMS text messaging program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. DISCLAIMER: Our SMS text messaging is offered on an “as is” basis. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this program.  Delivery of SMS text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator, and is outside of our control.
